TJH Dragon Tower Concept

A continuation from my dragon city concept I uploaded earlier, this one showing off the towers themselves. The wealthier dragons within the city built these towers from the volcanic rock themselves, or using more ornate stone. All the stonework is dark in color, stained from the fires of their forging techniques. Most have heavy support collomns that punch down into the volcanic rock, going all the way down to the solid stone foundation below where the original street level used to be before the former human city was buried in lava and reclaimed by dragons many years later. Almost every tower such as this is built as an extension to an existing human structure below, using it as the main entrance into the tower. Some towers do have balconies above the ground level, where dragons flying above the city can land and enter the tower without having to enter the nexus of tunnels that had been carved through the volcanic rock, interconnecting the buildings.
