this is just a practice picture for how to draw and color on GIMP > I know it r ugly... but I gatta learn how to use this damned Tablet and color complex patterns some way I guess

the character has no name I created her for the sake of drawing this so if anyone has any suggestions go ahead XP its ugly enough already
